  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (seasonal demand, offers, festivals), processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary by location:

  • South India: 2–5 business days

  • West & Central India: 3–7 business days

  • North & East India: 4–9 business days

  • Rural or remote areas may take additional time.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, delivery location, and applicable courier rates.

  • Final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or above a certain order value (if applicable).


5. Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive:

  • Courier partner details

  • Link to track your shipment in real time

If you have not received tracking info within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us.


6. Packaging & Quality Assurance

  • All Shreeyog Jaggery products are packed hygienically in food-grade packaging.

  • We ensure products remain fresh and protected from damage during transit.

  • In rare cases of spillage, leakage, or tampering, reach out to us immediately with images.


7. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners will make 1–3 delivery attempts.

  • If the delivery is missed due to incorrect address, unavailability, or unreachable phone number, the package may be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply.


8. Delays & External Factors

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Logistics issues

  • Natural calamities

  • Festival rush

  • Government restrictions

We will keep you informed in case of major delays.


9. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
